Airex Titan Pro System Kit - Gray with E Flex

The AIREX PRO-SYSTEM KIT combines the TITAN OUTLET and E-FLEX GUARD products for professional and aesthetically pleasing HVAC installations. The TITAN OUTLET features a wall outlet enclosure with exceptional weatherproofing capabilities, designed with architectural aesthetics in mind. It effectively seals around wall surface piping penetrations using elastomeric gaskets and seals, meeting building, energy, and mechanical codes requirements. By preventing wall gaps and exterior surface cracks, the TITAN OUTLET eliminates the need for rigid wall penetration sleeves or flashing materials. The fastener and gasket/seal compression-force system ensures solid internal wall attachment and all-surface gasket mounting, guaranteeing long-term sustainable air leakage sealing.

The E-FLEX GUARD provides insulation protection for refrigeration piping in outdoor applications. This flexible PVC insulation protector complies with code regulations that prohibit adhesive tapes, as mandated by new Building/Residential/Energy Codes. The engineered PVC material is UV and weather resistant, serving as a Class II vapor retarder to adhere with energy codes, effectively safeguarding outdoor pipe insulation.

The kit is easy to install for residential and commercial HVAC-R split systems and mini-splits, offering a professional finish for new installations. The Gray Titan Outlet features a 2 - 3/8” round opening that seals line set wall penetrations, while the Black E Flex Cover measures 72" long by 10" wide and features a Velcro connection for round opening systems. The complete kit includes the Wall Outlet (Titan) and Lineset Rubber Guard (E-Flex), along with accessories such as (4) all material tap screws, (1) adjustable hose clamp, (1) lubricant, and (3) cable ties.

Constructed with high-grade materials to withstand weather and UV exposure, the kit is designed to provide 30% energy savings and is Title 24 compliant.
